Dit privacybeleid geldt voor de Fluiter Gezocht-app voor iPhone en Android, aangeboden door Fluiter Gezocht V.o.F. Hieronder staat de volledige tekst in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Privacybeleid – Fluiter Gezocht

1. Wie zijn wij?

Fluiter Gezocht is een app waarmee sportverenigingen en organisatoren scheidsrechters kunnen vinden voor hun wedstrijden. De app wordt aangeboden door:

Wij zijn de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de persoonsgegevens die worden verwerkt via de app.

2. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij?

Wij verzamelen de volgende persoonsgegevens:

  • Naam
  • E-mailadres
  • Wachtwoord (versleuteld opgeslagen)
  • Inloggegevens via Microsoft, Google of Apple (indien gekozen voor sociale login)
  • Spraakdata tijdens een wedstrijdverbinding (alleen met uw toestemming, zie artikel 5)
  • Berichtmetadata (tijdstip en richting van berichten tussen gebruikers, niet de inhoud)
  • Fluiter-profielgegevens (zie artikel 5a): bio, bondsniveau, startjaar en fluiteigenschappen
  • Feedbackgegevens (zie artikel 5b): feedback van aanbieders op fluiters, opgeslagen per wedstrijd

3. Waarvoor gebruiken wij uw gegevens?

Wij gebruiken uw gegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:

  • Het aanmaken en beheren van uw gebruikersaccount
  • Het koppelen van scheidsrechters aan wedstrijden
  • Het opzetten van een live spraakverbinding tijdens wedstrijden
  • Het bewaren van spraakdata (alleen met uw expliciete toestemming)
  • Communicatie over uw gebruik van de app
  • Het faciliteren van berichtenverkeer tussen gebruikers onderling, inclusief het attenderen van gebruikers op onbeantwoorde berichten — wij lezen de inhoud van berichten nooit in
  • Het tonen en gebruiken van fluiter-profielgegevens voor matching en filtering van wedstrijden
  • Het verwerken en opslaan van feedback en ratings ten behoeve van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening (zie artikel 5b)

4. Grondslag voor verwerking

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens op basis van:

  • Uitvoering van een overeenkomst – voor het gebruik van de app en de diensten daarbinnen
  • Toestemming – voor het bewaren van spraakdata (zie artikel 5)
  • Gerechtvaardigd belang – voor het verwerken en tonen van fluiter-profielgegevens ten behoeve van matching (zie artikel 5a) en voor het verwerken van feedback en het berekenen van ratings (zie artikel 5b)

5. Spraakverbinding en opname

De app biedt een live spraakverbinding voor scheidsrechters die samen een wedstrijd begeleiden. Standaard staat de instelling voor het bewaren van spraakdata aan. U kunt deze instelling op elk moment uitschakelen via de instellingen in de app.

Spraakdata wordt alleen opgeslagen als u hiervoor toestemming heeft gegeven. U kunt uw toestemming te allen tijde intrekken. Het intrekken van toestemming heeft geen terugwerkende kracht.

5a. Fluiter-profiel

Gebruikers kunnen vrijwillig een fluiter-profiel aanmaken. Dit profiel bevat de volgende gegevens:

  • Een vrije tekst bio
  • Het jaar vanaf wanneer u fluit
  • Uw bondsniveau (bijv. CS, CS+)
  • Eigenschappen waarmee u fluit

Het aanmaken van een fluiter-profiel is volledig vrijwillig. Wanneer u een wedstrijd aanneemt, is uw fluiter-profiel zichtbaar voor de aanbieder van die wedstrijd. Uw profiel is niet publiekelijk zichtbaar voor alle gebruikers van de app.

Fluiter-profielgegevens worden gebruikt voor het matchen en filteren van wedstrijden en scheidsrechters, zodat organisatoren een passende scheidsrechter kunnen vinden voor hun wedstrijd.

U kunt uw fluiter-profiel op elk moment aanpassen of verwijderen via de app.

5b. Feedback en rating

Na afloop van een wedstrijd kan de aanbieder feedback geven op de fluiter. De aanbieder kiest maximaal 3 opties uit een vaste lijst. De feedback is niet anoniem: de fluiter weet wie de feedback heeft gegeven. De feedback is zichtbaar in de berichtenstroom tussen aanbieder en fluiter, en wordt opgeslagen in onze database.

Op basis van verzamelde feedback kan Fluiter Gezocht een rating berekenen voor een fluiter. Deze rating kan zichtbaar worden voor aanbieders van wedstrijden, zodat zij kunnen beoordelen of een fluiter goed past bij hun wedstrijd. De rating is niet publiekelijk zichtbaar voor alle gebruikers van de app.

De grondslag voor de verwerking van feedbackgegevens is gerechtvaardigd belang: het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de koppeling tussen aanbieders en fluiters.

6. Delen van gegevens met derden

Wij verkopen uw persoonsgegevens niet aan derden en delen deze niet zonder uw toestemming, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is voor de werking van de app. Wij maken gebruik van de volgende verwerkers die namens ons gegevens verwerken:

  • Firebase (Google LLC) – voor opslag van accountgegevens en authenticatie
  • Microsoft, Google en Apple – uitsluitend voor authenticatie bij gebruik van sociale login

Deze partijen mogen uw gegevens uitsluitend verwerken voor de doeleinden die wij hebben vastgesteld en zijn verplicht uw gegevens vertrouwelijk te behandelen. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor het privacybeleid van deze derden.

Wij delen uw gegevens nooit met adverteerders of andere commerciële partijen.

7. Externe diensten (verwerkers)

Wij maken gebruik van Firebase (Google LLC) voor het opslaan van accountgegevens en het beheren van authenticatie. Firebase verwerkt gegevens conform de privacywetgeving. Meer informatie vindt u in het privacybeleid van Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Als u inlogt via Microsoft, Google of Apple worden uw inloggegevens verwerkt door de betreffende aanbieder. Wij ontvangen alleen de benodigde gegevens voor authenticatie.

8. Bewaartermijn

Wij bewaren uw persoonsgegevens zolang uw account actief is. Spraakopnames worden bewaard totdat u uw toestemming intrekt of uw account laat verwijderen.

U kunt een verzoek indienen om uw account te laten verwijderen via info@fluitergezocht.nl. Wij reageren op dit verzoek per e-mail en handelen het als volgt af:

  • Zijn er geen wedstrijden of berichten aan uw account gekoppeld, dan worden alle persoonsgegevens volledig verwijderd uit onze systemen.
  • Zijn er wel wedstrijden en/of berichten aan uw account gekoppeld, dan worden uw persoonsgegevens geanonimiseerd. Gekoppelde spraakopnames worden in dat geval volledig verwijderd. De overige gegevens zijn na anonimisering nooit meer te herleiden naar uw naam, logingegevens of andere identificerende informatie. Geanonimiseerde gegevens vallen niet meer onder de privacywetgeving.

E-mailcorrespondentie over verwijderverzoeken bewaren wij als administratief bewijs dat het verzoek correct is afgehandeld. Deze e-mails worden uiterlijk 6 maanden na afhandeling van het verzoek verwijderd.

9. Uw rechten

U heeft de volgende rechten met betrekking tot uw persoonsgegevens:

  • Recht op inzage in uw gegevens
  • Recht op correctie van onjuiste gegevens
  • Recht op verwijdering van uw gegevens
  • Recht op bezwaar tegen verwerking
  • Recht op intrekking van toestemming

U kunt uw account en bijbehorende gegevens zelf verwijderen via de app. Voor overige verzoeken kunt u contact opnemen via info@fluitergezocht.nl.

10. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen ongeautoriseerde toegang, verlies of misbruik.

11. Klachten

Als u een klacht heeft over de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via info@fluitergezocht.nl. U heeft ook het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

12. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd wijzigen. De meest actuele versie is altijd beschikbaar in de app. Bij ingrijpende wijzigingen informeren wij u via de app.

Politique de confidentialité – Fluiter Gezocht

1. Qui sommes-nous ?

Fluiter Gezocht est une application permettant aux associations sportives et aux organisateurs de trouver des arbitres pour leurs matchs. L’application est proposée par :

Nous sommes le responsable du traitement des données à caractère personnel traitées via l’application.

2. Quelles données collectons-nous ?

Nous collectons les données à caractère personnel suivantes :

  • Nom
  • Adresse e-mail
  • Mot de passe (stocké de manière chiffrée)
  • Données de connexion via Microsoft, Google ou Apple (si vous choisissez la connexion sociale)
  • Données vocales lors d’une connexion de match (uniquement avec votre consentement, voir article 5)
  • Métadonnées des messages (horodatage et sens des messages entre utilisateurs, pas le contenu)
  • Données du profil d’arbitre (voir article 5a) : bio, niveau de licence, année de début et caractéristiques d’arbitrage
  • Données de retour (voir article 5b) : retours des organisateurs sur les arbitres, enregistrés par match

3. Comment utilisons-nous vos données ?

Nous utilisons vos données aux fins suivantes :

  • La création et la gestion de votre compte utilisateur
  • La mise en relation des arbitres avec les matchs
  • L’établissement d’une connexion vocale en direct pendant les matchs
  • La conservation des données vocales (uniquement avec votre consentement explicite)
  • La communication relative à votre utilisation de l’application
  • La facilitation des échanges de messages entre utilisateurs, y compris la notification des utilisateurs en cas de messages sans réponse — nous ne lisons jamais le contenu des messages
  • L’affichage et l’utilisation des données du profil d’arbitre pour le matching et le filtrage des matchs
  • Le traitement et la conservation des retours et des évaluations afin d’améliorer la qualité du service (voir article 5b)

4. Base légale du traitement

Nous traitons vos données à caractère personnel sur la base :

  • De l’exécution d’un contrat – pour l’utilisation de l’application et des services associés
  • Du consentement – pour la conservation des données vocales (voir article 5)
  • De l’intérêt légitime – pour le traitement et l’affichage des données du profil d’arbitre à des fins de matching (voir article 5a) et pour le traitement des retours et le calcul des évaluations (voir article 5b)

5. Connexion vocale et enregistrement

L’application propose une connexion vocale en direct pour les arbitres qui encadrent ensemble un match. Par défaut, le paramètre de conservation des données vocales est activé. Vous pouvez désactiver ce paramètre à tout moment via les paramètres de l’application.

Les données vocales ne sont sauvegardées que si vous avez donné votre consentement. Vous pouvez retirer votre consentement à tout moment. Le retrait du consentement n’a pas d’effet rétroactif.

5a. Profil d’arbitre

Les utilisateurs peuvent créer volontairement un profil d’arbitre. Ce profil contient les données suivantes :

  • Une bio en texte libre
  • L’année à partir de laquelle vous arbitrez
  • Votre niveau de licence (ex. CS, CS+)
  • Les caractéristiques avec lesquelles vous arbitrez

La création d’un profil d’arbitre est entièrement volontaire. Lorsque vous acceptez un match, votre profil d’arbitre est visible pour l’organisateur de ce match. Votre profil n’est pas visible publiquement pour tous les utilisateurs de l’application.

Les données du profil d’arbitre sont utilisées pour le matching et le filtrage des matchs et des arbitres, afin de permettre aux organisateurs de trouver un arbitre adapté à leur match.

Vous pouvez modifier ou supprimer votre profil d’arbitre à tout moment via l’application.

5b. Retours et évaluation

Après un match, l’organisateur peut laisser un retour sur l’arbitre. Il choisit au maximum 3 options dans une liste prédéfinie. Le retour n’est pas anonyme : l’arbitre sait qui l’a laissé. Le retour est visible dans le fil de messages entre l’organisateur et l’arbitre, et est enregistré dans notre base de données.

Sur la base des retours collectés, Fluiter Gezocht peut calculer une évaluation pour un arbitre. Cette évaluation peut être visible pour les organisateurs de matchs, afin qu’ils puissent juger si un arbitre convient à leur match. L’évaluation n’est pas visible publiquement pour tous les utilisateurs de l’application.

La base légale du traitement des données de retour est l’intérêt légitime : améliorer la qualité de la mise en relation entre organisateurs et arbitres.

6. Partage des données avec des tiers

Nous ne vendons pas vos données à caractère personnel à des tiers et ne les partageons pas sans votre consentement, sauf si cela est nécessaire au fonctionnement de l’application. Nous faisons appel aux sous-traitants suivants qui traitent des données en notre nom :

  • Firebase (Google LLC) – pour le stockage des données de compte et l’authentification
  • Microsoft, Google et Apple – uniquement pour l’authentification lors de la connexion sociale

Ces parties ne peuvent traiter vos données qu’aux fins que nous avons définies et sont tenues de traiter vos données de manière confidentielle. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de la politique de confidentialité de ces tiers.

Nous ne partageons jamais vos données avec des annonceurs ou d’autres parties commerciales.

7. Services tiers (sous-traitants)

Nous utilisons Firebase (Google LLC) pour le stockage des données de compte et la gestion de l’authentification. Firebase traite les données conformément à la législation sur la protection de la vie privée. Plus d’informations sont disponibles dans la politique de confidentialité de Google : https://policies.google.com/privacy

Si vous vous connectez via Microsoft, Google ou Apple, vos données de connexion sont traitées par le fournisseur concerné. Nous ne recevons que les données nécessaires à l’authentification.

8. Durée de conservation

Nous conservons vos données à caractère personnel aussi longtemps que votre compte est actif. Les enregistrements vocaux sont conservés jusqu’à ce que vous retiriez votre consentement ou demandiez la suppression de votre compte.

Vous pouvez introduire une demande de suppression de votre compte via info@fluitergezocht.nl. Nous répondrons à cette demande par e-mail et la traiterons comme suit :

  • Si aucun match ou message n’est associé à votre compte, toutes les données à caractère personnel seront intégralement supprimées de nos systèmes.
  • Si des matchs et/ou des messages sont associés à votre compte, vos données à caractère personnel seront anonymisées. Les enregistrements vocaux associés seront intégralement supprimés. Après anonymisation, les autres données ne pourront plus jamais être reliées à votre nom, vos identifiants de connexion ou toute autre information permettant de vous identifier. Les données anonymisées ne sont plus soumises à la législation sur la protection de la vie privée.

La correspondance par e-mail relative aux demandes de suppression est conservée comme preuve administrative du traitement correct de la demande. Ces e-mails sont supprimés au plus tard 6 mois après le traitement de la demande.

9. Vos droits

Vous disposez des droits suivants concernant vos données à caractère personnel :

  • Droit d’accès à vos données
  • Droit de rectification des données inexactes
  • Droit à l’effacement de vos données
  • Droit d’opposition au traitement
  • Droit de retrait du consentement

Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte et les données associées directement dans l’application. Pour toute autre demande, veuillez nous contacter à info@fluitergezocht.nl.

10. Sécurité

Nous prenons des mesures techniques et organisationnelles appropriées pour protéger vos données à caractère personnel contre tout accès non autorisé, perte ou utilisation abusive.

11. Réclamations

Si vous avez une plainte concernant le traitement de vos données à caractère personnel, vous pouvez nous contacter à info@fluitergezocht.nl. Vous avez également le droit d’introduire une plainte auprès de l’Autorité de protection des données compétente : Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL) : www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl ou Autorité de protection des données (BE) : www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

12. Modifications

Nous pouvons modifier cette politique de confidentialité de temps à autre. La version la plus récente est toujours disponible dans l’application. En cas de modifications importantes, nous vous en informerons via l’application.

Privacy Policy – Fluiter Gezocht

1. Who are we?

Fluiter Gezocht is an app that allows sports clubs and organizers to find referees for their matches. The app is offered by:

We are the data controller for the personal data processed through the app.

2. What data do we collect?

We collect the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Password (stored encrypted)
  • Login credentials via Microsoft, Google or Apple (if social login is chosen)
  • Voice data during a match connection (only with your consent, see article 5)
  • Message metadata (timestamp and direction of messages between users, not the content)
  • Referee profile data (see article 5a): bio, licence level, year of first refereeing, and refereeing characteristics
  • Feedback data (see article 5b): feedback from organisers on referees, stored per match

3. How do we use your data?

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Creating and managing your user account
  • Matching referees to matches
  • Setting up a live voice connection during matches
  • Storing voice data (only with your explicit consent)
  • Communication regarding your use of the app
  • Facilitating messaging between users, including notifying users of unanswered messages — we never read the content of messages
  • Displaying and using referee profile data for matching and filtering of matches
  • Processing and storing feedback and ratings to improve the quality of the service (see article 5b)

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of:

  • Performance of a contract – for the use of the app and its services
  • Consent – for the storage of voice data (see article 5)
  • Legitimate interest – for processing and displaying referee profile data for matching purposes (see article 5a) and for processing feedback and calculating ratings (see article 5b)

5. Voice connection and recording

The app provides a live voice connection for referees jointly managing a match. By default, the voice data storage setting is enabled. You can disable this setting at any time via the app settings.

Voice data is only stored if you have given your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect.

5a. Referee profile

Users can optionally create a referee profile. This profile contains the following data:

  • A free-text bio
  • The year from which you started refereeing
  • Your licence level (e.g. CS, CS+)
  • Characteristics with which you referee

Creating a referee profile is entirely voluntary. When you accept a match, your referee profile is visible to the organiser of that match. Your profile is not publicly visible to all users of the app.

Referee profile data is used for matching and filtering matches and referees, so that organisers can find a suitable referee for their match.

You can update or delete your referee profile at any time via the app.

5b. Feedback and rating

After a match, the organiser can leave feedback on the referee. The organiser selects a maximum of 3 options from a predefined list. The feedback is not anonymous: the referee knows who left it. The feedback is visible in the message stream between the organiser and the referee, and is stored in our database.

Based on collected feedback, Fluiter Gezocht may calculate a rating for a referee. This rating may be visible to organisers of matches, so they can assess whether a referee is a good fit for their match. The rating is not publicly visible to all users of the app.

The legal basis for processing feedback data is legitimate interest: improving the quality of the match between organisers and referees.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share it without your consent, except where necessary for the functioning of the app. We use the following processors who process data on our behalf:

  • Firebase (Google LLC) – for storing account data and authentication
  • Microsoft, Google and Apple – solely for authentication when using social login

These parties may only process your data for the purposes we have determined and are required to treat your data confidentially. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these third parties. We never share your data with advertisers or other commercial parties.

7. Third-party services (processors)

We use Firebase (Google LLC) for storing account data and managing authentication. Firebase processes data in accordance with privacy legislation. More information is available in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

If you log in via Microsoft, Google or Apple, your login data is processed by the respective provider. We only receive the data necessary for authentication.

8. Retention period

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Voice recordings are retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion of your account.

You can submit a request to delete your account by emailing info@fluitergezocht.nl. We will respond to your request by email and handle it as follows:

  • If no matches or messages are linked to your account, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • If matches and/or messages are linked to your account, your personal data will be anonymised. Any linked voice recordings will be permanently deleted. The remaining data can never be traced back to your name, login credentials or any other identifying information after anonymisation. Anonymised data is no longer subject to privacy legislation.

Email correspondence regarding deletion requests is retained as administrative evidence that the request was handled correctly. These emails will be deleted no later than 6 months after the request has been processed.

9. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access to your data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure of your data
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to withdraw consent

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app. For other requests, please contact us at info@fluitergezocht.nl.

10. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you can contact us at info@fluitergezocht.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL): www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl or Data Protection Authority (BE): www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

12. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available in the app. We will notify you of significant changes via the app.
